Parts Interpreter with Warehouse Duties

This is a Full Time Roll.

Mon to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Auckland Oil Shop is the Caltex Lubricant Distributor for Auckland, plus we also have a large range of Automotive and Heavy on and Off-road Filtration, Based in Penrose.

We are looking for an upfront person to step in and be part of the Customer Services and Warehouse Team, to both look after our customers and also take the Company Forward.

You will need a back ground in Warehousing, good computing knowledge, forklift experience and also be a team player.

There is a very clear path to get ahead with the Company, so if you want to keep moving up this could very well be the job for you.

You will be dealing with our customers in this roll, doing customer order for dispatch, looking after the Warehouse to make sure it aways looks tidy.

Ordering parts from both our onshore and offshore suppliers.

You will make sure that all parts records are kept in order. Ensuring that stock levels are in place to meet our customer service levels.

You will also need to, along with the Team maintain a culture of zero harm through effective risk management. This will include some Health & Safety matters.

You will need to support the sales team and management with regards taking the Company forward with new customers and new sales efforts. We like to see our customers get their orders on time, with the right product and delivered to the right place.

We are a small Team with great products and we enjoy a good place in the Market.
