When the power comes on, the meeting room needs to be ready. ⚡

Our latest project in Hamilton was a great reminder of what we do best — working fast without cutting corners.

The client's new office was still under renovation when we arrived. Our window for installation was tight, and the expectations were high. Once the building had power, the meeting room had to be fully operational — no exceptions.

Because for any business, a meeting room isn't just a room. It's where decisions get made, clients get impressed, and remote teams stay connected. A delayed setup doesn't just delay one meeting — it can hold back an entire office opening.

So we got to work.

We handled everything — display, video conferencing, tabletop controls, microphones, and audio — installed, tested, and optimised so the team could walk in on day one and simply start meeting.

Just wrapped up a meeting room upgrade in Wellington and honestly, really happy with how it came together.

The client wanted something simple. No fuss, no complicated setup, just walk in and the room works.

We put in a full Google Meet setup with Logitech Rally — Rally Plus for the main room, Rally Bar Mini, and Rally Huddle for the smaller spaces. Clean cabling, proper display setup, tabletop connectivity sorted.

The kind of install where everything just sits right.

What we always find with these jobs is the difference isn't just technical. The client's team will now spend zero time thinking about the room. No hunting for cables. No "is this thing on?" moments before a call. They just show up and meet.
