We are a rapidly growing E-commerce looking for top Customer Satisfaction Associates to help manage product inquiries, returns/exchanges and generally make sure our customers are happy to buy from us again!
We sell hundreds of products across all major online marketplaces including; Daraz, Hamrokart, Smartdoko and more.
The ideal candidate will be equal parts patient and efficient. We offer a high level of customer support for customers candidates will need to maintain our high standard! Strong follow up and organizational skills are required and a positive attitude is key.
✦Responsibilities Include:
• Processing online orders, returns, replacements, adjustments, warranties and installations.
• Handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and chats from online customers.
• Verifying customer account and ordering information.
• Tracking deliveries, installation, and inventory, pricing and ensuring all customers’ needs are met.
• Managing customer issues ensuring 100% customer satisfaction including but not limited to telephone and email follow up.
• Working with Sales, Marketing and our Operations Team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
✦The candidate we hire will:
• Must be able to demonstrate proficient experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs products, to include Windows, Excel, Word, Chrome, Email, web navigation, chat, and customer / order management systems.
• Ability to solve analytical issues, research products, solve delivery problems, and quickly learn our proprietary systems for managing customers, orders and fulfillment.
• Excellent collaborator – working with internal & external partners to solve problems and gain consensus.
• Adaptability / flexibility – Working constructively under pressure, stays focused and maintains quality when handling multiple tasks at the same time.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members; friendly and pleasant demeanor over email and phone. Must be comfortable talking with customers on the phone as needed. Bilingual a plus (English/Nepali).
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day Including 1 Hour Break
Available Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM & 1 PM - 10 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Language: Nepali & English (Preferred)
