It's handy and easy to handle, preserve and cook, so may serve as your good food stock as healthy meals.

Rainbow Trout Promotion at Matsuri Tokyo!!!

Matsuri Tokyo @ Durbar Marg corner point is making seasonal and festive promotion of our Rainbow Trout for Japanese dish lovers!!!

Today, we made one session by our Fish Master with their Kitchen Chef to check and confirm how better we serve our RT in several styles like Sushi, Sashimi, Tataki, Fried Bones and Miso Soup.

Among other good Japanese and Nepalese dishes served by the Owner there (natural jungle bungul dishes were sooooo gooood),
we found it as good fun and joy of having farmed fresh trout in Nepal.
