१) GPA देखाइरहेको छ भने तपाईं पास हुनुभएको हो । तपाईंको कुनै विषयमा पनि NG छैन । कुनै विषयमा D आए पनि पास हो । अब पास भएपछि तपाईंले D नै ल्याए पनि Grade Promotion Exam दिन पाउनुहुन्न । Bachelor पढ्न पाउनुभयो ।

२) एउटा NG आयो । अब तपाईंको GPA देखिन्न । त्यो विषयको Grade Promotion Exam दिनुहोला । पास हुनुभयो भने GPA सहित पास भएको Grade Sheet पाउनुहुन्छ ।

३) दुई वटा विषयमा NG आयो । अब पनि तपाईंको GPA देखिन्न । ती विषयको Grade Promotion Exam दिनुहोला । पास हुनुभयो भने GPA सहित पास भएको Grade Sheet पाउनुहुन्छ ।

४) दुई विषय भन्दा बढीमा NG आयो । अब तपाईंले अर्को वर्ष सबै विषयको Exam दिनुपर्ने भो ।
