Sales & Marketing Officer – Suiro Teas
Suiro Teas is looking for a smart, reliable, and energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team full-time.
Location: Suiro Teas physical store
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1 day off per week)
What You’ll Do:
• Handle online sales: respond to customer messages via our social media pages, website, and online ads.
• Manage daily operations at our physical store and assist walk-in customers.
• Coordinate with our content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Contribute to social media strategy by sharing insights from customer interactions and sales trends.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and generate relevant, engaging content.

Job Responsibilities
1 Coordinate daily communication between departments to ensure efficient information flow.
2. Manage the entire document process, including receiving, logging, distributing, and archiving both physical and digital files.
3. Maintain a structured document management system (categorization, labeling, regular updates, and backups).
4. Provide cross-departmental support for tasks such as meeting coordination, data consolidation, and resource allocation.
5. Handle daily correspondence (mail, emails, faxes, etc.) and maintain accurate records.
6. Complete ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Experience
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, secretarial, or assistant roles, with familiarity in office operations.
2. Core Competencies
Exceptional communication skills: Ability to interpret needs accurately and resolve conflicts professionally.
3. Strong organizational logic: Capable of independently designing document classification and indexing systems.
Technical Skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
Experience with OA systems and basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English , with ability to draft business emails
Candidates with multinational company experience preferred.
Professional Attributes
Detail-oriented: Document error rate below 0.5%.
Multitasking ability: Manage 5+ concurrent tasks under pressure.
Confidentiality: Sign non-disclosure agreements; no history of data breaches.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in office automation tools (e.g., Python, VBA).
Junior Secretary Professional Certification.
Knowledge of ISO document management standards.
