Next week is a time to celebrate the professionals who keep our green spaces and sports surfaces performing at their best.

At TLS, this matters deeply to us because some of our team have worked as groundsmen themselves. We understand the early mornings, the pressure around fixtures, the changing conditions, and the pride that comes with preparing a surface properly.

For us, this profession is closely linked to a passion for sport, the outdoors, and the environments that make play possible.

Grounds Week is an opportunity to recognise grounds management as a skilled, respected, and valuable career, while celebrating the people who help sport perform from the ground up.
