RetailFuel AS is a Norwegian tech company with strong retail roots. We have partnered up with innovators from ITERATE to create PIA.

Our Vision is to reinvent the retail product journey. We come to work every day to create innovative solutions in the borderline between digital and physichal user experiences, that brings retail brands and people together in new ways. We are on a journey – on a mission towards retail transparency, sustainability and diversity.

PIA is a digital service - a global professional online community for brand manufacturers in retail - which will give brand manufacturers a completely independent and transparent arena for sharing knowledge, brand stories and product information.

We have named the online community PIA, which is an acronym for Product Information Arena. PIA will consistently rationalize the brand manufacturers' traditional information flow throughout the product journey and make it easier for consumers - both end users and retail employees - to find up to date and correct information about the brands and their products. PIA simply provides the right and fully transparent product and brand information to the right person at the right time.

PIA is a completely independent global online community for brand manufacturers and has not been created for the chains, which traditionally hold the power in the retail trade. PIA will be a counterweight to the chain power by adding retail diversity and openly telling about PIA brands' sustainability measures, where the UN's global climate goals will be a clear reference. Through PIA, small local and sustainable brand manufacturers are given a unique opportunity to reach out globally with their stories and products.

We know handling brand- and product content is hard. We have been doing it ourselves for over two decades. Content must be shipped in various forms, to various people, at various times. It's a miserable and complicated mess.

Even though there's a lot of solutions out there, they all end up being just an additional workflow. That annoys us. So we created PIA. A web tool that conveys a consistent story across distributers, people and borders. With an easy to use interface, you and your team can align your brand and product story.
