How do you protect electronics built for the toughest environments?
At Westcontrol Berget, quality isnât only about producing advanced electronic solutions â itâs about ensuring they endure. One of the most sophisticated methods we use is parylene coating, a technology that only a handful of companies in Norway master.
In the full article, Production Engineer Morten Lien shares how his team works with a process where nothing can go wrong: Parylene is applied inside a sealed vacuum chamber, forming an invisible, uniform protective film that withstands temperatures from â200°C to +115°C. Originally developed for aerospace applications, this is technology designed for places where failure simply isnât an option.
This combination of expertise, precision, and long-term reliability is why more customers are turning to us when their electronics must perform in demanding conditions.
đ Why is parylene so special? What makes the process so complex? And how does our specialized team ensure perfection measured in microns?
