we have added banktransfer as a payment method again Via a payment provider. this will be available for the SEPA zone. this means technically every country with a IBAN number.
this way american childeren can't select bank transfer anymore. as that was the whole reason it was removed long ago.
for people in the Netherlands it wont make any difference with the Ideal transaction costs. but this option might be more appealing to other countries to avoid paypal transaction costs.
