This week we are bringing the saffron back home to Persia. Here we have grilled chicken marinated in Saffron, Yoghurt & Spices creating a beautiful color on the chicken. Set some white rice aside, add 1/2 tsp saffron to couple of cups of hot water, add the white rice and stirr. Place the saffron rice on top of the white rice for some amazing natural coloring and beautiful taste.
