Any information you provide will not be used for other commercial purposes and will not be sold, rented, leased or forwarded to any third party. Refund & Exchange Terms:
Thank you for shopping at Dope Lobes! Because we sell Unique, Custom and Handmade Jewelry we don’t do full cash refunds. Once your purchase is made, its non-refundable and non-transferable. While we hope that you are Always Delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to exchange your items, when the arrived product is damaged or faulty. When this is the case you have 7 days after arrival to contact Dope Lobes for repair or exchange the product(s). You are obligated to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Exchanged products must be unused and in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for us to take them back. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item and will be asked to ship it with a Tracing Code. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packaging Problems:
To avoid the products we send you might be lost in the mail we suggest to add a Tracing Code to your package. However this will cost an extra €4,- (within the Netherlands) on top of the item price and is the full responsibility of the buyer. This fee is applied on your full purchase and not per item. We combine shipping! Keep in mind that this is ensuring the safe arrival of your package. We will provide you with the code the same day your products are sent. Dope Lobes is not responsible for loss by third parties such as package delivery. In case of loss by Delivery Services, a complaint will be filed by Dope Lobes and we will then contact you to do the same. Acceptance of this Refund Policy:
