🌺🌿✨For much of my life, I couldn’t fully surrender to sisterhood. I carried a fear that if I let my guard down, if I was truly vulnerable, I would be misunderstood or even hurt. And I know I’m not alone in this. Many of us have built walls around our hearts, not because we lack love, but because we’ve been forced into a world that rewards self-preservation over self-expression. 🦋✨

But I have learned—through my own journey and through the sacred spaces I’ve had the honor to hold for other women—that true sisterhood is possible. When we step into a space with pure intentions, with the willingness to strip away the masks, we find a web of wisdom, strength, and love that binds us. It’s like laying in the arms of the earth herself, as we lay in the arms of our sisters.🙏

Sisterhood is more than friendship. It is a connection that transcends the superficial. It is a knowing that we are safe, that we are seen, and that we are held, no matter how vulnerable or raw we may feel. It is a space where we can support each other’s blossoming, without fear of competition or judgment. And in that safety, we find the strength to go deeper into our souls, to heal the parts of us that have been disconnected from love. 🌸

I believe the answer is a world where women can truly thrive—not just individually, but as a collective. Where love and care become the roots of a community that allows each of us to grow, knowing that in the blossoming of our sisters, we too are lifted. 🕊️✨🪽

Women of Nature 🌸🦋🌿

Join us next Saturday for a beautiful gathering in the embrace of nature. We’ll come together as women to create an earth altar in honor of Mother Nature and the sacredness within ourselves. This ceremony will be a time for poetic prayers, where we’ll express our gratitude to the earth through words, and sit in a healing song circle filled with medicine music to ground into our bodies and connect deeply with the land.🌳

Important note: As the weather is unpredictable—either a sunny blessing or a rainy shift—the date may be postponed if it rains, but rest assured, we’ll gather on the next sunny day. A powerful group of women is already coming, and I’d love for you to join us too.

Let’s celebrate together under the trees, with cacao, song, and prayer. 🌳🌿

Details in the link or DM to reserve your spot. 🌸🌿

🌿 Many of you told me that you would love to learn, so I’ll be sharing more of these informational posts to give you insight into the spirit of these powerful master plants. There are so many to get to know, each with its own wisdom and healing gifts. But remember, it is often the plant that chooses us—reaching out when we most need its guidance. 🌿🌀

These four master plants sha are spirits that have called me in my recent processes, and then & brought their medicines from the jungle which finally gifts me the ability to work with these teachers. Each plant spirit offers a beautiful teachings and deep healing. In Indigenous traditions, plants are viewed as sacred allies, used in ceremony and healing to connect with the spirit world, purify the body and mind, and guide individuals on their spiritual paths. These plants have been honored for generations for their ability to bring transformation and clarity. 🌺

What’s truly fascinating to me is that Noya Rao, the Tree of Light, stands apart from other master plants. She is the only one who embodies pure light and carries her own voice or opinion. Her energy is clear, direct, and entirely illuminated. While most plants balance both darkness and light, Noya Rao radiates a purity that offers unique guidance, teaching us to align with truth, wisdom, and light.✨

The spirits of these plants are profound teachers, each calling us in their own way, offering exactly what we need for our healing and growth. 🌸🌿✨

If you are looking for these Chiric Sanango and Noya Rao, Moises and Naomi can help you on this sacred journey as they offer beautiful tinctures, grown and made on their land in Peru 🦋

This is Inti 🌞, one of my greatest companion in ceremony, armour. Named after the sun, Inti brings so much light into my life. My grandfather found him outside trash, gave Inti some love and gifted him to me when I was just 12. I’ve been playing the guitar since I was six, and as a teenager, I dreamed of becoming a famous singer. But my voice, different and unpolished, was often discouraged by those I loved. Without proper guidance, I felt lost, and their words trampled on my spirit. 🌀

It wasn’t until a sacred ceremony with that I began to reclaim my voice. She taught me that singing is not always a performance, but comes from intention—an act of liberation. Sometimes, we don’t have the words to express our pain, but we can sing. The voice becomes the bridge, moving emotions that the mind can’t process. Sacred arts, for me, is not just painting or playing guitar, but a deep study of voice liberation and musical alchemy. 🦋

There have been times when I declined hosting ceremonies in spaces where I couldn’t bring Inti, because to me, creating music is essential to the sacred work. Thanks to Hukana’s wisdom, I’ve found my voice again— the same voice that started this journey as a six-year-old girl, and the same voice that was once silenced. I recently lost my voice for a few weeks and cried every day, realizing just how much I love her for her ability to heal me, and sometimes, if I’m blessed, others too. 🤍 For me singing is a way I conduit energy into sacred spaces, and alchemize it when needed.

I’m beyond excited to share this and invite you to the next sacred circles, where we can all find healing within our voices. ✨

Do you open the field, or are you the field? ✨🌀

In my experience, I often see people opening up energetic fields to extract specific information or energies. For me, this process is different. I know that I am both the altar and the conduit, and that I am the field itself. This continuous flow of information and energy is not unique to me alone but is a birthright that many may not fully understand.🌿✨

As a child, I constantly saw spirits and later realized that I was an expression of nature rather than merely feeling its energies pass through me. When the wind blows, it feels like a part of me flowing past; when I step into the water, I become the water itself. It’s not about tapping into or meditating on these energies; it’s an instant, innate knowing. This understanding isn’t something that can be taught but must be protected and honored. My mother, equally gifted, has guided me in embracing and nurturing this sensitivity since I was small.🦋

I share this to remind you that you may hold this innate gift as well—a beautiful sensitivity to the portal within you, to the altar that is your body. It is an instrument of navigation within this realm, and recognizing this can help you trust in your own divine flow. 🌀

In a world where modernity often eclipses our roots, our incarnation is a sacred embodiment of the universe, birthed by the Earth herself. It is a remembrance of an ancient melody, once lost to time, now reawakened within us to restore our inner awareness of divine interconnectedness. This reawakening isn’t just a return to nature, but a return to our true selves—a reconnection to the essence of who we are and what we stand for. ⛰️🌺

In stepping away from the confines of a business name, I reclaim my own authentic power, embracing my true identity. My work is not dictated by the superficial allure of brands or the constructs of modern ideals. Instead, it is a reflection of ancient values, where service was an expression of one’s soul, not a product of branding. In those times, the worth of a person wasn’t in the name of their business, but in the heart they brought to their community—their dedication, their morals, their unwavering commitment to serve others. 🤍

As I drop the business name, I step into a tradition of genuine service, carried forward by my name, which holds the significance of my incarnation. I am not a brand, but a being—a living embodiment of nature’s wisdom, here to serve, to heal, and to uplift others, guided by my own ideals, values, and the deep remembrance of our collective belonging to the Earth. In this, I honor the old ways, where names carried stories, legacies, and the profound truth of who we truly are. 🦋🌿🪶

Through Sickness and Health 🌿

As someone who endured the rare and challenging condition of hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy, I was once obsessed with avoiding mistakes throughout my illness. I spent days researching for safe herbs that might ease the harrowing journey ahead—a journey that for some even leads to de*th. But modern science warned me against using any herbs, even those trusted plant allies like ginger or rose, traditionally known to help with the symptoms I was experiencing. 🌀

After days without food and barely able to sip water, I felt a profound connection when Mother Cacao spoke to me. She expressed deep concern for my health and the wellbeing of my unborn child. I was gripped by the fear that my baby might not survive and sensed its distress.🌿

For those familiar with cacao, it’s known that pregnant women should avoid plant medicines that spike oxytocin levels, as they can induce contractions. Yet, her spirit reassured me, promising that with a low dosage, she would care for both me and my child. Trusting her guidance, this became my journey. 🌸 *this is no advice.*

During my pregnancy, I worked with various plant medicines, including Apurina, Cacao, and Sananga. I drew inspiration from the women of the Amazon, who continue their work with Ayahuasca even while carrying a child. 🌿🦋

In the judgmental gaze of Western medicine, I found little care and no adequate scientific evidence to address the rare condition I was suffering from. But within the wisdom of plant teachers, I discovered a solid foundation to move forward. ✨ Mother Cacao offered all the necessary nutrients and energy for me to sustain my pregnancy 🙏

How can we ever truly hear these ancient allies when we refuse to trust them, dismissing centuries of practice as mere placebo in a world that buries their wisdom? 🧬🌿

My journey reflects that when we have the ability to work with our intuition, we have the ability to understand our teachers. They have been around much longer then us, and will always be able to teach us more than we already know 🤍🌿

This past season has been a profound period of transition in my life. Closing the shop brought a flood of emotions and countless lessons that I am still working to integrate. Yet, amidst the challenges, I have found a deep, unexpected bliss in the act of letting go. Though there are still moments that test me, I can feel myself reclaiming pieces of my life, bit by bit. ✨ and this while dieting with Bobinsana the last 3 weeks 🌸 a beautiful nurturing teaching.

As I reconnect more deeply with spirit 🌿 and immerse myself in the healing embrace of nature, I am filled with love and hope as I think about the future. I am more present with my family, considering the life they deserve and envisioning a path forward that honors them. My children—my son, Zeyah, and my daughter, Ayah—are at the forefront of my mind, and I am mentally preparing for the next steps in this journey, from my Seyá dieta in the Amazon in a year and a half 🌺, to the upcoming ceremony in November. 🌀🌿

It feels as though everything in my life is in motion—being rearranged, redefined. The unnecessary is falling away, making space for a new, beautiful era. 🦋 I am deeply grateful to all of you who are here to witness this transformation, to those who find value in this shared journey. Together, we continue to learn about the sacred teachings of plant medicine and the wisdom of nature. 🌕🙏 This path is sacred, and I am honored to walk it with you. 🌸🪶🤍

I’m thrilled to finally share the “new” direction I’m embracing—a path that turns my commercial business back to the universe and roots my work in service and the profound ancestral wisdom that I am devoting myself to. 🦋 For years, my business kept me so busy that I never had the time to fully immerse myself in the practices I’ve always loved. Now, I’m excited to ground myself in these traditions, which have been a part of me long before I started Earth Spirit.🌬️🪶

This journey is not just for me—it’s an invitation for you to join me as I dive deeply into the realms of sacred connection and healing. Together, we will cultivate a deeper relationship with the Earth, our bodies, and our innate ability to heal. This is the important work, the work that truly matters, for ourselves and for the collective, as we reconnect with the ancient wisdom that guides us back to our roots. 🌿🌌

I hope to welcome you in ceremony, where we learn how to love and heal ourselves and the earth. 🌀

Stay connected to venture on this journey with me ✨

🌀 A woman rooted in ancestral wisdom is an unstoppable force, a beacon of strength and resilience that transcends time and place. This profound connection to one’s heritage is not just a personal journey but a powerful testament to the enduring influence of the past on the present.🌀

Consider my journey as a woman whose heritage spans two rich and vibrant lineages. My ancestors include Taíno, the indigenous people of Puerto Rico, and both my grandfathers are of Amazonian and South American descent. Growing up in a European country, where my deep connection to nature and intuitive wisdom often felt out of place, I struggled with a sense of disconnection and alienation. My sensitivity to the natural world and my reverence for ancient practices seemed at odds with my surroundings, leaving me questioning my place in the world.🌌

Yet, it was precisely this feeling of estrangement that became a catalyst for profound personal growth. The turning point came when I was told by a European Middle Eastern woman that I could not practice with Amazonian plant medicines—sacred elements of my ancestral traditions. This moment of confrontation was not a barrier but a clarion call from my ancestors, urging me to reclaim and honor the practices that had been an integral part of my lineage for centuries. 🪶

In this pivotal realization, I came to understand that my entire life had been a journey of rediscovery, guided by the wisdom of my ancestors. 🌬️🍃

My story is a powerful reminder that every woman, regardless of her background, holds within her the strength of her ancestors. When we tap into this deep reservoir of wisdom, we become forces of transformation and resilience. Our connection to the past can ground us, inspire us, and propel us toward our true potential. A woman rooted in ancestral wisdom is a testament to the enduring power of heritage, demonstrating that this connection is not merely historical but a living force that shapes and empowers our present and future. 🌿🪶🦋
