LUNAR NEW YEAR BOX 🧧🐉
This Saturday we enter the Year of the Dragon. Lunar New Year marks the first new moon of the lunar calendar. And to celebrate this Poppi made a festive box with Chinese flavours:

🐉 Taro Milk Tea 🧋- a ‘white’ chocolate shell filled with a creamy and subtle taro ganache.
🐉 5 Spice - a dark chocolate shell filled a white chocolate ganache infused with a house made 5 spice blend.
🐉 Chinese Custard Tart - a ‘white’ chocolate shell filled with a creamy custard ganache on top of a Chinese custard tart disc.
🐉 Black Sesame & Yuzu - a yuzu infused ‘white’ shell filled with a yuzu pâte de fruit on top of a black sesame ganache.

This is a limited edition selection made on preorder. I do have a few boxes left. First come, first served. DM to order.

Zaterdag 27 januari hebben we weer een gastkok!
Deze keer komt .chocolates samen met Daan een heerlijke India’s maal maken, helemaal vegan!

Elke maand een wisselende chef, die helemaal vrij is om zijn avond te maken.
Zou jij ook een keer willen, of weet jij iemand die wij zeker een keer moeten vragen? Laat het ons weten!

Ook is het mogelijk om de club af te huren voor een Bedrijfs borrel, een reünie of een private diner.

ADVENT DAY 24: HOT TODDY 🍋🥃
Behind the very last door of the calendar you will find a festive alcoholic treat.

A hot toddy, also known as hot whiskey in Ireland is typically a mixed drink made of liquor with honey, lemon, herbs and spices, and served hot. Hot toddy is traditionally drunk as a nightcap before retiring for the night, in wet or cold weather or to relieve the symptoms of the flu.

I tried to recreate this drink into a bonbon. The outer shell is of 64% dark chocolate and within you will find a ginger, turmeric and lemon pâte de fruit on top of an Irish whiskey ganache. And don’t worry I left out the honey 😉. The vitamin C is for health and the whiskey is to numb 🥴.

So now we’ve come to the end of the calendar. Hope you all enjoyed it!

Poppi is taking a break for two weeks and is looking forward to a new year of making delicious, seasonal, experimental and creative treats for you ✨🧑🏼‍🎨🍫.

ADVENT DAY 23: APPLE & CUSTARD
Very warm Christmassy flavours today behind door nr. 23. An apple & cinnamon pâte de fruit is combined with a Madagascar vanilla bean custard. The outer shell is an almond infused chocolate. Very comforting I must say 😋.
