We’re thrilled to share some big news that marks a new chapter in our journey:
RadioMaster RC EU rebrands to TekRC!
You will notice this change at the beginning of February 2024. At that time, our URL, website name, e-mail domain, logo, and social accounts will change from RadioMaster RC EU to TekRC.
Why the change?
What once started as a small business, became a famous and reputable business with lots of customers, orders, and great customer satisfaction. After working for over two years mainly for RadioMaster as both a retailer and official service agent for the European region, the time has come to expand our horizon and plans for the future.
We got more and more requests to expand our inventory with products from other RC brands. In order to meet these requests, we already started expanding our shop with some other brands like Matek, FrSky (receivers) and Walksnail.
We decided to initiate a rebrand from RadioMaster RC EU to TekRC because the growing range of products we offer no longer aligned with our brand name.
What stays the same?
While our name and domain (URL) is changing: nothing else will change. This includes the team operating the business stay’s and our commitment to deliver high-quality RC products with exceptional customer service – as many of you already experienced.
We will continue to operate as the official EU service agent for RadioMaster and to cooperate with RadioMaster as before.
With TekRC, anticipate the same pricing, personal communication, shipping efficiency, service quality, reliability, and performance that you have grown to rely on from RadioMaster RC EU.
What changes and when?
The rebranding will take place in the first quarter of February. We are currently planning the final date with the partners that assist us with the migration. From that final date on you will see our new name, TekRC, on our website and social media channels.
At that time, our domain name will also change. As soon as the final date is known, we will communicate it through our website and update this message.
How does this affect you?
For our current customers nothing will change. You will only benefit from a refreshed identity of our business and an expanding product assortment. You can continue shopping with us in the familiar manner, and our contact channels remain unchanged.
You can reach your account including your order history at the same places as now.
All current contact options remain the same and we will maintain a transition period where all navigations to our current addresses (website, e-mail, chats) will be forwarded to the new addresses.
