If you know me a bit you know there are a couple pillars that hold the foundation of ARCHIVIO85
It’s football, friendship, clothing and music in no specific order.
To focus on the music this time, I’ve been a hardcore kid since I know and been to hundreds of shows. Just like the casual scene, the hardcore scene feels like home.
To mention a few things from the last 10 years. The first interview ever Bianco did with us mentioned hardcore as a safe place.
Waking up every day seeing the signed Sick of it All record I got from Enzo many moons ago.
The pages in the HYPEBEAST Stone Island Famiglia magazine we were asked to take part in, talking about the community.
Seeing my favorite bands wearing Stone Island Toby Morse B.H.C.A.D.E.D Knocked Loose High Vis ANGEL DU$T
All the times over the years worlds collided with on and off the road to name a few.
Lately the final album of Dutch hardcore legends Backfire! that has one of our live pics on the back.
And last but not least meeting many individuals through Archivio85 over the years of which many became friends!
This scene is not about stars and individuals. For me it’s about meeting and knowing there are like minded people everywhere and great music for the wasted youth.
Just when I thought my favorite brand was moving away from me as a person and phase in life, this hardcore campaign hits hard!
Especially in the week we remember the passing of one of NYHC legends SICK OF IT ALL Lou Koller.
