Celebrate summer with tradition & mochi.
Join Misato & Izumi from Mochi Atelier An in The Hague for a special seasonal edition of our beloved Mochi Workshop. A soft, sweet taste of summer—handmade and full of flavor.
During this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to create four beautiful mochi from scratch:
• Strawberry Mochi
• Matcha Cream Mochi
• Mango Matcha Mochi
• Blueberry Cream Cheese Mochi
We’ll start with a tasting session, pairing fresh mochi with fragrant Japanese teas. Then you’ll be guided step-by-step through the art of mochi making. We’ll also serve and demonstrate how to prepare matcha.
Expect a relaxed, intimate morning filled with craftsmanship, seasonal flavors, and a sweet surprise dessert at the end. You’ll take home your handmade mochi—perfect to enjoy or share.
