Even though Robin’s () workshops always take place in our studio, this morning was the first time I really joined one myself.

This edition was hosted together with , one of my favourite spots in Leiden.

A very nice way to start the day. Slowing down for a few hours and making something with your hands.

Our tables at Studio Alter are often covered with inspiration books. Scandinavian design remains a source we continuously draw from, not only for its calm aesthetics, but for its thoughtful approach to living.

One of our favourites is The Touch by Kinfolk and Norm Architects. A book that explores design through all senses.

Filled with inspiring spaces, architecture, materials and human-centric design, it is one of those books we keep reaching for.

During one of the workshops hosted in our studio, I met Anna (.houseofanna) and quickly discovered that she curates the most beautiful vintage collections.

As some of you may know, I recently started adding the occasional clothing pieces to the store. Only when I come across something that feels truly aligned with the concept of Studio Alter.

Now, Anna has curated a beautiful selection of vintage pieces for the store. Every piece is one of a kind, carefully selected, and perfect for spring.
