Maybe a good moment to share a bit more about what we actually do at Studio Alter. I often get questions, especially about the two different spaces.
Three years ago, we opened our store on Nieuwe Rijn 44. A place shaped by everything I love and feel inspired by. Rooted in a Scandinavian way of living, with a focus on calm, timeless pieces and an atmosphere that feels both personal and considered. The store continues to evolve, growing and changing its curated collection, while remaining a calm and familiar base. Some brands will always be part of it. It is a place where I truly love to be.
Alongside the store, we’ve been quietly working on a wide range of interior projects. From residential homes to commercial spaces, translating identity into interiors. The website will be launching soon, but in the meantime you can always send me an email or message for enquiries.
The space on Nieuwe Rijn 58 has now also become the place where these projects take shape. A working studio where ideas are developed, refined and brought to life.
At the same time, I hope this space can continue to grow into something more. A place for creativity in different forms. We already host occasional workshops here, and hopefully soon we will welcome a few pop-ups with different brands. I would love to expand this further, so if you are looking for a space to host something yourself, feel free to reach out. I am always open to new ideas and collaborations.
