With the final design for the steel and titanium UNpaved Victor XC and Victor TR it is also time to make fixtures and test production methods. I have been a keen user of water and lasercut parts for my bikes, but tolerances could be tricky, as well as a somewhat utilitarian look. Luckily I have a lovely Haas in the workshop and some time to learn the CNCez. So today I made a fixture to chamfer the lasercut rockermounts for the Victor TR. Quite a bit of work, but so awesome to see it all work out. Onwards to the next parts!

Checking brake calipers with the new Victor dropout design. Having a 3d printer and a bunch of brakes .bicyclehub is just awesome! All fit, but the Magura 4 piston at 180 is pretty tight in the most outward position. 4 pistons is definitely not the brake for this bike though, so I think I'm pretty happy so far!
