Coffee means the world to Veronic. She was born and raised in Amsterdam and is in love with the city. It feels like more than just home to her and she’s grateful to be able to roast her own coffee here.

Veronic has travelled around the world exploring different coffee cultures. This inspired her to start her own coffee brand called M·E·L·C, short for 'Manage Every Little Cup'. The most beautiful part of it all is that Veronic experienced how coffee can connect us to one another.

Besides her passion for coffee, Veronic enjoys walking in the forest with her girlfriend and their two dogs, Cees and Miep, fashion and being able to express herself with the clothes she wears, and dancing! Veronic used to dance when she was younger, but now she just dances in the living room after she finishes making some coffee. Here’s what being fearless means to Veronic:
