One week to go until Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2026.
Join us at booth N15 to explore our current coffee lineup - Liquid Diamond brews, special milkies, and warm welcomes all day.

For those visiting on Day 1, we’re pleased to host a special guest cupping at 14.00 with Jonathan Gasca, the producer behind our current Colombian Zarza Pacamara. Jonathan’s coffee was used to win gold at last year’s World Barista Championship, making this a unique opportunity to meet the producer himself and experience the exceptional lots he’ll be bringing with him.

March flew by so fast, we barely had time to snap photos. What you see here are the few moments we managed to capture, stitched together to tell the story of a full and busyyyy month. Thank god (no) Han(d) Solo was here to help us.

From sun to rain, every kind of weather brought its own vibe. This month, we introduced four new coffees: Urugori Light, Urugori Medium, SU-EX 008, and the Kamajumba.
We said goodbye to our cafe racer at Elands and welcomed its identical twin, ready for a new marathon of delicious espressos.

We hosted our monthly cupping and last weekend we enjoyed the company of 60 diamond chasers on a Sunday morning.
Thank you all for a good time.

This wet-hulled lot by Gayo Origin Project underwent a double anaerobic fermentation: first in cherry, then in parchment. The cup still carries the rich, earthy depth you want from a great Indo, but layered over it is something far more lively, bright citrus sweetness and a finish that really sparks⚡️ (It is a nanolot, don’t miss out)

California Pink
A bright, candy-kissed coffee from our Kaleidoscope collection. Sweetness of princess cake and candy bracelets bouncing in a vanilla sky sunrise with cotton candy clouds is the only way to describe it. Expect a joyful symphony of candy and fruity flavors, perfect as a complex espresso or a vibrant filter brew.

This particular Kaleidoscope is not blended in-house. Instead it is crafted at origin, where our coffee trading partner works closely with the farmers around El Vergel Estate to create this blend. First, they rest for two days in sealed bags, which deepens their natural sweetness. After the fruit is removed, the beans are fermented with yeast and hints of banana, giving the coffee a smooth, creamy body and a gentle banana note. They continue fermenting for five days to build more complexity, then are slowly dried in the sun and finished in controlled dryers for consistency. After a month of resting, the result is this kaleidoscopic fruity flavor.

February may be the shortest month of the year, but we filled it to the brim with moments worth looking back on.

We brewed at the event, hosted a cozy cupping session at East, and celebrated Valentine’s Day with .negen . We joined a local high school project to make teenagers’ excited about working in the coffee industry, launched a collaboration and a nitro brew with and our opperbaasie Jeroen traveled to Ethiopia to source some exciting new beans.

We also found plenty of inspiration at and launched three new coffees: Zarza, Hambela, and California Pink.

All of that alongside the day to day gezelligheid in the café and roastery. Countless brews, lots of orders, and changing seasons together with you. From snow to sun, we’re ready for spring 🙌

While the African harvest is in full swing, Jeroen himself is on his way to the motherland of coffee to source the best Ethiopian lots for the year ahead.

For now, all eyes are on Hambela: a cup that moves from high florals to classic washed Ethiopian stone fruit sweetness. The kind of vibrant coffee you’ll want to wake up to every morning.
