Spring is here finally! Who would like to have a bowl of fresh strawberry?

Of course these are not from the garden, but from the kitchen! Made of creamy white chocolate ganache with strawberry pieces in it, dipped in red chocolate.... Super sweet :)

Rather a dessert than a truffle: dark chocolate cups filled with ganache. The first one is tiramisu flavored dark chocolate ganache with espresso and ladyfinger crumbs, the second is white chocolate ganache with pear.

Do you remember my dilemma if gin&tonic is better with lemon or lime? This time I made the dark chocolate truffles with lime, and it is clearly the winner!

Banana and chocolate? I think they go well together! And these dark chocolate shells filled with banana-white chocolate ganache were definitely delicious! The ones on the right side with the double chocolate decor were a bit drunk, I sprinkled them with bourbon :)

Having a Croatian husband and expecting a Croatian guest, it was unavoidable trying the combination of chocolate and rakija (slivovitz) and to give an extra twist, I also added dried plum to the white chocolate ganache.
