Dedicated to recreate the ancient magic of the Mask and to promote the mask as a unique art-form that bridges worlds, generations and times.

Founded in 2009 by the artists and theatre-makers Iva & Petar Mandick, a Dutch-based company MyMask Chocolate is a new chocolate brand devoted to creating extraordinary chocolate gifts and in the same time promoting the Mask as one of those universal Symbols that bridge cultures, generations and time.

The first orders of chocolate masks were cast in chocolate, gilded with 24K gold, packed and shipped. Only two ingredients: single origin chocolate from Ecuador and 24 karat edible gold leafs.

Chocolate Masks are designed, sculpted, moulded, and test produced in many versions before perfecting the prototype. The moulds consist of 2 or even more pieces, depending on the shape of the mask. Masks are then cast in chocolate, according to design. Every model is cast individually, using the best chocolate kinds available, while both traditional methods and new casting techniques being employed.
Finally, the masks are hand-decorated and crafted. The use of 24 K gold leaf as decorating material is another distinguishing feature of My Mask collection. More info:

Just discovered: another nice article about our giant chocolate mask which was exhibited at Salon du Chocolat in Marseille.

Sans oublié le fameux masque vénitien géant de 150 cm de long en chocolat, de la collection Chocolate Masks des artistes Iva et Petar Mandick… Mais au fait, maintenant que le salon est terminé, que va-t-on en faire ? Qui va avoir le privilège de croquer le masque géant en chocolat ?
