Who are we?
CLIX is a young and ambitious company. Since 2018 we’ve been working hard on the sale and installation support of pre-owned software. We serve customers not only in the Netherlands but customers in France, Italy and the UK as well. Our team has now grown out to 13 colleagues. At our office in Almere, we are working on the further growth of CLIX and we’re committed to support customers with the installation of their software in the most efficient and service friendly way. As a young team we work hard, but we also ensure that there is room for fun. A good joke is always appreciated, every day we lunch together at our long table and every now and then we really let loose and organize a big team event. (In 2019 we went on a city trip to Madrid with the entire company!) CLIX Distri is growing and therefore there’s room within our international team for an:
IT Support Officer (French speaking)

What are you going to do?
As an IT Support Officer, you are the primary contact for our international customers who need support with the installation of their software package. You make sure that every customer is served smoothly and correctly.
• You answer questions of customers by telephone, e-mail and chat;
• You help the customer with the installation of the software package;
• You solve malfunctions and other installation problems.
Who are you?
Software installation problems don’t discourage you. In fact, you love the challenge of tracking down the error and know how to fix it quickly.
In addition you:
• Preferably have an education in the direction of ICT (Dutch MBO level);
• Are customer friendly. You always make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied after he or she has been helped by you;
• Speak and write fluent English and French (and it would be awesome if you speak Dutch too!);
• Are a multitasker. Even when there are a lot of requests coming in at the same time - through different channels -, you keep your cool, maintain an overview and a smile on your face :).

We are a small organization with a casual and informal culture and there’s plenty of room for your own ideas and growth.

We are a small team (>10 employees) and we are constantly improving our business. That is why we are looking for interns who are involved with various projects and missions. Are you looking for an internship with challenges, room for creative thinking and the possibility of implanting your solution.
Our company is based in Almere and we are looking for a reliable, motivated English speaking intern.
