I have been working at this company for almost 30 years. First under the name John Peters B.V. and then, for the last 15 years, at Mixtcreations.

I am responsible for all HR-related matters within Mixtcreations, including contracts, sick leave and return-to-work support, timesheets, holiday planning, temporary staff, payroll administration, and so on. I also provide some support with accounts and CC administration and maintain our GTP quality mark 📚

This company is like a well-fitting coat that I never want to take off. It gives me the freedom to shape my role in a way that feels right for me.

The best bit? I love creating calm amidst the chaos so that everyone can get back to work and utilise their talents ✨

I have worked at Mixt Creations in sales for seven years. I was previously self-employed in the flower and plant trade, and I am well-known at the auction in Naaldwijk. Creating floral arrangements was a new challenge for me. As a sales representative, I believe that you need to know all the ins and outs of the business, what is and isn’t possible, to sell effectively. I was given every opportunity to do so!

I also appreciate that there is scope for development and ideas, both with customers and within the company. In short, it’s a very versatile role! 🤝🏻
