THE POWER OF MEDITATION: The power of the intellect does not seem to go beyond our Conscious Mind capabilities. Meditation is the next stage in our effort as human beings at employing the Subconscious Mind, the spiritual part of man that has no limitations.
When we meditate, we are conversing with our inner part, the God in us. When we persevere, when we do not give up, we stand to receive answers to our concerns. A man who does not meditate is like the animal if not lower than. That is because because at it's own level the animal has instincts which which makes it superior to a man who does not meditate. Have you ever heard of"use your number six?"when one is facing a challenge that seems insurmountable? Reference herein is to the power of the Subconscious Mind that has to be awakened through meditation. It is not more and not less.
Man has two kinds of sight, the outward sight which is also known as the Conscious Mind or the physical senses. The second sight being the Subconscious Mind, the God in man or the spiritual part of man.
Every individual is endowed with the faculty of Meditation. It is through meditation that great discoveries and inventions are made; difficult questions find answers, wonderful ideas come bye and miracles so to say are performed. Note that the Wilbur brothers who built aeroplanes were not aeronautical engineers but bicycle repairers. No one has been sent down to the earth as a spectator. Every one is expected to contribute to the ever advancing world civilization. You have to rise up to your responsibilities using the tools that tool that follows.
It is important to note also how possitively meditation can affect your general health and make you live longer. Stress is a major cause of illness in the world. It can lead to high blood pressure, and an overall reduction of the average life span especially among Africans. Meditation can help to ease tension and anxiety.
Spending a few minutes in Meditation can help to ease your calm and inner peace.
During meditation, you focus your attention on peaceful thought eliminating the stream of stray thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. The process can result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
For meditation you do not need to worry about the rigid things that some people hold unto like crossing your legs while seated, if you can not do it. You need of a necessity a quiet environment. It can be your room, not a special place for that matter.
Sit down quietly for ten minutes or more; listening to inspirational music, the music of the Masters or a captivating spiritual music of your choice. Fix your thought on your heart's desire. It might not be very smooth and easy as you get started. It calls for patience and consistency. Gradually, slowly and steadily you will achieve your goal, the experience you get at meditation becoming part of your day to day lifestyle. The ball is in your court.
Do not be deceived, the experience you get from drugs is harmful to your health and in the long run will destroy your future while meditation is safe,relaxes, will cost no Kobo and will open doors for you.
