Many people do not understand the power of fragrance - okay, someone just walked in to a place with good scent, everyone is like turning to see who this person could be. People can be turned on or turned off because of what comes into their noses. It can give them a perception about your person.
In some cases, I mean bad cases, they might be distracted, and wish that you can just leave their presence in peace.
So, please try to wear perfumes when going out, even at home, wear perfumes. And you will love you do.
