Transaction successful π
For me, transaction is not always successful until the goods gets to my customer. Infact, I don't spend from that profit until my customer gets his parcel. That's how serious it is.
I don't know for other vendors. But, this is one of my many business principles.
.. In this my business now eh! Dishonest Drivers are the weapon fashioned against it. Thank God for honest transport companies like Young Shall Grow.
Few weeks ago one of my customers ordered for slippers and hand bags worth over 120k. We confirmed the order, and sent it out. Do you know that the driver lost the parcel in the park and kept mute?
I and my customer on the other hand, were relaxed and waiting for the parcel to arrive his location. And I was writing my exams that period. You could imagine how unsettled I was.
This almost broke my relationship with my customer cause of the delay in delivery. Thank God he's not a first time buyer. He knows I deliver on time.
After a lot of calls, and calls my supplier had to go back to the pack, and that's when the driver broke the sad news to her. And you kept mute? Are you okay?!
She sent out the goods again (she forgot to add one slippers though). My customer received it the next day.
He the requested for a refund of the item that wasn't delivered.
What if I spent my profit. Where will I see money to refund him? What if the driver didn't later say the truth, and I've spent the money. How will I send my own refund?
I thank God for the kind of customers he brings my way. They don't stress me at all. They don't even know me, yet they trust me. And buy in large quantities.
What more can I ask from the Lord?
