Believe it or not, I just started learning how to sew about 3months ago.
I was always cutting and glueing stuff together and making new things for my dolls so mother talked me into joining a class to learn how to make Gele (African headgears) and other accessories.
I wasn't so sure I wanted to but I've really enjoyed going there and learning all that I can!

Just wanted to share with you a little piece of my work process today.
A lovely customer requested to have a pink headband made.
I'm not really in love with pink but it's such a vibrant colour that lights up an outfit!

Well, welcome to my world of crafts!
My name is Nadia but mommy calls me Shuga ☺️
I love to create things with my hands and I am currently going through a formal training to create headbands, turbans and traditional headgears.
