Read Fountain: Legend of the AnyuAnyu.
Name: Jason Ihe a.k.a Fountain.
Backstory: There's a world where certain individuals known as Powerlects posses superhuman abilities. These individuals derive this powers from different sources some from a magical source who were called Magilects and others from evolution who were called Evolects. Jason Ihe is an Evolect and a soldier who worked in the military medical department . After a few years of service he decided to resign from the military as his powers grew more and more and he believed he will help the world better outside of the military. After his resignation from the military his parents traveled to America asking him to come with them but he declined as he wanted to stay back in his country to help people with his powers. These events led him to become the superhero Fountain.
Abilities:
Hydrokinesis
Ability to increase the density of water.
Ability to maximize the size of water. (He can make a large amount of water from a drop)
Ability to manipulate the different states of water.
Ability to alter the temperature of water.
Ability to create water constructs.
Possession of a'Foremind' that allows him to perceive a danger against him before it happens
