SHORT STORY:
An old man saw a scorpion drowning and decided to pull it
out from the water. He calmly extended his hand to reach the
creature. When he did, the scorpion stung him. With the
effect of the pain, the old man let go the creature and it fell
back into the water. The man realizing that the scorpion was
drowning again got back and tried to rescue it but then
again it stung him. He let go of it again.
A young boy standing by, approached the old man and said,
"Excuse me Sir; you are going to hurt yourself trying to save
the evil-vicious creature why do you insist? Don't you
realize that each time you try to help the scorpion, it stings
you?" The man replied, "The nature of the scorpion is to sting
and mine is to help. My nature will not change in helping the
scorpion." So the man thought for a while and used a leaf
from a nearby tree and pulled the scorpion out from the
water and saved its life.
MORAL LESSON:
Do not change your nature for anyone. If someone hurts you,
just take precautions but don't decide to act like. Some
pursue happiness while others create it. Let your
conscience be your guide in whatever you do; just because
the world is evil doesn't mean you have to be evil too,
remember at the end of the day it will all be between you and
your God, so pick the path that will please Him.

PLEASE, HAVE S*X WITH ME...

There are ladies who practically beg men for s*x, no, they don't say it with their mouths. They are too ashamed to do that, they say it stylishly with their body and when the man is done using and dumping them, they come crying and weeping!
I boarded "Maruwa" recently and my jaw almost shattered at the sight of the lady sitting next to a guy, probably her boyfriend. This lady has the lightest, fairest, softest and smoothest thigh I've ever seen (I'm not flattering). How did I know? She wore a short skirt revealing 70% of her thigh and how that guy was able to hold a discussion with her without touching the thigh or grabbing her in the vehicle deserves an award! Eventually, she leaned on him, put her arm around him and I could guess they were either on their way to having s*x or just had one!
Don't come crying someone r***d you if you go spend the night in his house, that's in a simple language, asking for s*x, period!
You wear body revealing clothes and you say you want to be a virgin, virgin? Tell that to fools my dear, you are purely asking for s*x!
You ask for recharge cards today, half of his salary tomorrow. He is your ATM machine where you withdraw money to do hair, buy menstrual pad, chew gum and ice cream though he is not your fiance or husband, you are simply asking for s*x!
You are making jest of him, you call him "okobo" (impotent) etc and daring him to touch you, what the hell do you think you are doing?
Your fiance comes to visit you, you wear mini-skirts, bum shorts, tank tops, strapless and even undress before him and you say you don't want s*x!
You send dirty chats, n**e pictures, talk dirty and dare him to do same and you are telling me you want to be a virgin till marriage, how in the name of God is that possible?
You deliberately turn a man on to the point of getting him drunk with hot s*xual desire and here you are lying beside him semi naked over the night and you are screaming NO to s*x. Are you stupid? Do you want to kill him? Once a man is turned on he is restless till he get a release. He is filled with unusual energy, irrational and completely uncomfortable! Free meat is beside him! The creator of that desire! You were the one who turned the animal in him loose so he treats you like an animal, you get r***d, neat!
What usually follow after his eyes are calm is hatred! Hatred for you! He feel so bad ra**ng you (yes, men with conscience do feel bad after ra**ng though he never says it or shows it) , he hates you for turning him on, he hates you for being so cheap, he hates you for lacking the dignity to say NO. You become cheap and very stupid to him, he stops calling you or giving you attention, he dumps you neat!
This is definitely not an excuse for you guys to r**e. If you do so, be ready to face the law! Rapists should spend at least 10 years in jail to put their scattered senses in order! Why would you r**e? Are you an animal? Okay, you don't r**e, you only sleep with them because they keep seducing you. Why would you even attract a lady like that in the first place? Why would you move with ladies who seduce and make fun of virgins? You attract who you are. If it is not in you to do it, you won't attract seducers! And when she comes seducing though you never wanted s*x, open your mouth and say a big, fat NO abi? Is anyone holding your mouth?
Bottom lime, ladies be careful! There is no innocent seduction. You seduce is you seduce. You yourself know that you are seducing, abeg, let us tell ourselves the truth and stop playing the victim of r**e and rejection.
Take note of what you say, wear and and how you act around the opposite s*x henceforth. In fairness to men, if you don't ask for it, push for it, demand for it and put yourself in the position to get it, he won't do it and guys, stop taking advantages of innocent ladies please!
Men who sleep around are simply cheap, dirty, lack personal dignity and self worth and do not deserve respect from ladies. More so, there is an 80% chance you will commit adultery in marriage. Who wants to marry that kind of man? May the Lord grant you understanding. FEEL FREE TO SHARE. God bless you, cheers!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!

Once upon a time, in the animal kingdom, there was hunger in the land. The Lion was killing other animals for food, makingf the other animals unhappy with the Lion but afraid to confront the Lion for fear of their own lives.

Eventually they got together and devised a means to put the Lion in a cage. Their plan was successful and the Lion stayed in the cage for weeks without food or drink.

One day, a certain young boy was passing by the cage. The Lion, seeing the boy, pleaded with him to come to its rescue. At first, the boy refused but after much persuasion, he became compassionate and agreed to free it on one condition: that the Lion will not kill him upon its release, without hesitating, the lion agreed and the boy opened the cage.

As soon as the Lion came out, it thanked the boy but pleaded with him further to complete the good work he had started. How? The boy should present himself as food for the hungry lion! Reminding the lion of their agreement, the boy retorted, "Why do you want to repay a good thing with a bad thing?"

The Lion replied, saying: "In the present world, bad things are used to repay good things. Good deeds are repaid with evil".

After a very long debate, both of them, boy and lion, decided to ask any three animals to confirm whether good is used to repay evil or vice versa (good for good/evil for evil). If all the animals say that bad things were used to repay good things, the Lion would devour the boy but if otherwise, the boy would be free.

The first animal they met was Goat who said, "It is true that bad things are used to repay good things. I am a living example. My faeces is used as manure for farming but when the crops are harvested, I am NEVER allowed to taste what my faeces produced. Human beings always pursue and prevent me from tasting any part of the product from my dung"

Then, the Lion turned to the boy and said, "1:0."

So, they went to the dog and the dog said, "Bad things are used to repay good things. Everybody knows that I go into the bush for hunting. I assist faithfully to kill an animal and when it is time for that same animal to be eaten, all I get as reward are bones. Besides, at night while others sleep I stay awake keeping watch and even used oftentimes as a sacrificial lamb for the thief's bullet."

Again, the Lion turned to the boy and said, 2:0 "One more chance."

The third and last animal they met was the tortoise. In answering the question, Tortoise said: "Before I give you my response, I need to know how this argument started and, also, we have to go to where it started."

So the trio went to where the argument began and the boy narrated the whole story and scenario . Then Tortoise asked the boy:

"Where was the Lion the first time you met him?"

"In the cage," the boy responded"

"Go back into the cage," Tortoise told the Lion. So Lion entered the cage.

When the Lion went back into the cage, Tortoise asked the boy:

"Was the cage open or locked at that time?" He answered: "It was locked"

Then Tortoise locked the cage and said to the lucky boy, "Let's go. There is nothing more to say."

LESSONS:

Always seek to hear a story from its start off point before commenting or passing judgement. The two other witnesses were not wrong from their point of view, they are grieving based on what has been meted out to them but applied wrongly in the boy’s case.

*Let’s be careful of the narratives if we are not the ones involved in a particular situation, it is the same sun that melts ice/wax that hardens clay.

An Elephant and a dog became pregnant at the same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months later it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued. On the eighteenth month, the dog approached the Elephant questioning, “Are you sure you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to dozens puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. What is going on?”. The Elephant replied, “There’s something I want you to understand. What I’m carrying is not a puppy but an Elephant. I only give birth one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it.
When my baby crosses the road, human being stop and watch in Admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I’m carrying is might and great.”
Don’t lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don’t be envious of other’s testimony. If you haven’t received your own blessing, don’t despair. Say to yourself “My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall turn in Admiration

After Secondary School..
Some of our classmates have gone out of the country,
Others have completed universities and are now
Doctors,
Engineers,
Teachers,
Pilots,
Lawyers,
Administrators, etc.
Some have married,
Some have given birth.. .
Some are dead,
(Don't forget that too)
And others are confined in psychiatric homes.
Some are doing their masters programme, PHD, etc.
Some haven't even gained admission into the tertiary institution.
Some own companies,
Some are now Directors and majority shareholders of huge companies.
But how do you feel
When you meet your classmate, and it seems like/she has reached his dreams
And you're not yet close to yours?
So many thoughts run through your mind.
How about the one you meet on the street wearing dirty rags and feeds on the refuse dumps and drinks from the gutters?
Do you get the same thoughts running through your mind?
First God has not been fair to you.
But don't forget some are also dead.
wait! what about those in prison yard who did nothing.
Somehow feels like jealousy, its a normal feeling.
But, You must not regret your life.
We all are different
And our path to greatness
Is not same in distance.
Some might reach before you,
Some might reach
after you
But wherever level you are presently,
Please keep trying to break limitations and move further.
Celebrate the success of others, its an application
for yours.
Your friend buys a car now,
Be happy with him/ her. Remember when you get yours,
Theirs might not be the latest again.
Life is not by competition,
If not,
We all will be born into one type of family,
One religion and same in everything.
Let the passion in you never quench the desire in you
Keep it burning.
What you pass through,
Write it down because one day the world would be ready to read it.
There's no height you cannot attain,
Just believe.
Define goals and recognize distractions.
Spend time teaching yourself,
Because the things that
Mainly take people to the top
Are the things
They devoted time to develop.
Don't be intimidated by your fellow's success,
The sky is too wide
That the birds can fly
Without touching themselves.
Value the small things

And love God
And do the work of God.

Over time I've discovered there is no absolute finish line for everyone in the race of life.
Our tracks are different and our durations are different.
The only thing we have in common is the same empire.
For instance, one person graduates 20 and struggles for another 5 years to get a job, another might graduate @ 25 and get a job immediately.
One can marry a virgin and wait for the next decade to have the blessing of children, another lady probably after having series of abortions in her past, becomes a mother almost immediately after marriage.
A fellow becomes MD @ 38 and dies @ 56, another becomes MD @ 55 and lives to 90.

Why You Should Always Pick Your Friends Call(moral
Lesson)
During the burial of this young man, another young man was
crying out his heart. He wept uncontrollably that many people
kept wondering what is wrong with him. I dropped the
microphone as the MC and went and took this weeping young
man to a corner, calmed him down and he started to explain. He
was with the guy that died the day he met his death. He drove
off first and on getting to a particular spot, he noticed that some
armed robbers were getting ready to block the road and resume
operation. He managed to escape. He started calling his friend to
tell him what he saw, that he should remain where he was. This
friend would not pick his call. To him: “why is he calling? He
should know that I am driving right behind him”. He refused to
pick the call as this guy kept calling and calling. Finally, he
drove into the now ready armed robbers and they pumped
countless bullets on him. He died on the spot and armed robbers
stole his car. This man was crying because he knew his friend
killed himself. Many of us are just like this. Are you the one
buying the credit for him or her? Pick your call when your
phone rings and know why you are been called. If the phone
rings twenty times in one minute, pick in all occasions. He was
saving credit for his friend because I am driving straight to
where he is, he met his death. You are in an occasion and you
are calling someone you are looking at because you want to pass
a crucial information, he ignores the call and is walking up to
you instead, even when you are making sign that he should pick
the call. It is possible that this caller didn’t want you to come
near him because he wanted to code something. Pick your call
and say hello. Some people will not pick calls from numbers
they don’t know and I wonder: HOW MANY PEOPLE DO
YOU KNOW ON PLANET EARTH? DO YOU EVER
THINK THAT THOSE PEOPLE YOU KNOW ARE ALL
YOU NEED IN LIFE? Note something, there is no one
individual that knows up to 1% of the world population. Is it not
insanity for you to restrict your life to just 1% of global
population? What of the remaining 99%? Many people have
missed life saving opportunities because they refused to pick a
particular call. PICK YOUR PHONE WHEN IT RINGS AS
LONG AS YOU ARE AVAILABLE. ONE CALL CAN
CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER AND REFUSAL
TO PICK A PARTICULAR CALL CAN TAKE YOU TO
UNTIMELY DEATH.
