Hello everyone, please I need your help. / Polarisbank is such a useless bank with zero respect for their customers.On 12th September, 2018, I tried to purchase a ticket in the sum of N215,999 via website. My account was debited in the above sum.
However, there was an issue with the payment as the ticket price had changed and was no longer available.
I immediately called the Bankyescenter to lodge a complaint and was told that the money would be reversed within 24 hours( This call was made on the 12th of September, 2018) .
As Iโm typing this today, 12th October, 2018, is yet to refund my money. I have called several times( more than 15 times) sent several emails and have gone into the bank to inform them, but they havenโt refunded my money
I also reached out to and was told that the money never came through, hence no ticket was issued. I was given a letter to that effect and I have since forwarded the letter via email to for over one week now, no response.
The ticket I was to buy to Dubai has increased in price and yet this stupid God- forsaken Bank has not refunded my money. Please help me repost this message till it gets to them.
Banks must stop treating customers like animals. We keep our moneys in the banks because we trust them, there is a problem if they make customers go through hell in the course of getting their hard -earned money
