The war between China and America can be liken to the war in human race. A lot of lessons to learn, you need to be self aware and respect your journey no matter how small and don't allow anyone take you for granted no matter how mighty they think they are.

It's a war of self respect and mutual relevance.

Today ends the campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness month and ushers us into another phase of November 2024.

November 2024 is men's month, and it is also Prostate Cancer Month. I will be sharing important information about common cancers in men, with a focus on Prostate Cancer. I want to sensitize our minds by encouraging women to support male figures within their circle and go for screening.

Common Cancers in Men are as listed below:
Lung Cancer
Colorectal Cancer
Prostate Cancer
Bladder Cancer
Melanoma Cancer.

For the whole of November, I will be explaining these types of cancer briefly.

Prostate Cancer: affects about 26% of men and is the top cancer risk for men.

Remember, early detection can help the success rate of Cancer treatment.

I am not a Doctor, work in a Healthcare Institution, and have interacted with Medical practitioners in all the cadres.

Today's topic is how we can prevent Breast Cancer.
Be mindful of your Hygiene.
Women after age 40 should do annual Breast Mammogram.
Regular self Breast Examination.
If you notice any changes in the size of your Breast, kindly consult your healthcare provider.
Women under 40 years should do Breast Ultrasound Scan.

Likely symptoms of Breast Cancer are:
Lump in the breast or armpit.
Ni***es turn inward.
Ni**le discharge.
Breast or Ni**le sore.
Changes in size or shape of the breast.

Kindly note early detection can prevent a lot of possible damage.

And research has shown in time that one in eight women is diagnosed with breast Cancer in a lifetime.

It can occur at any age and risk increases with age, however with early detection, cancer is more likely to be treated successfully.
