Hi there Mr. Kelvin, Am a correspondent from Minisaving, First of all I will like to commend you for the nice write-up about our Company and on the other hand I will try to take my time to address all other issues raised on your post which where of concern to you.
1. The Links that are not working on our site: Though our website is working perfectly well for those who just comes online, Click the Login button and goes straight to their Account to save but for those who knows less about Minisaving and tries to navigate the site from the Top Navigation Menu, the site might seem non-operational because the Navigational links are not working, we have been quite aware of this but due to much workloads from the inside we decided to work on that along the line but due to your post, we have switched to a Maintenance mood which you can see right aware now on our site to make sure that those links are up and running as soon as possible. NOTE: Even under the Maintenance of the site, Clients can still access the site to Save, Withdraw or do whatever he/she has been doing even while the site wasn't under Maintenance, the only difference is the new design and the "Minisaving will be back soon!" message and that could be achieved through the Account url http://account.minisaving.com.ng/
2. Registration and Account Verification Issue: This issue seemed strange to us because Clients have been registering nearly all day and they actually receives an email to activate their Account in which after they click such link to activate their Account, they can then login to their Account to start saving and for those who don't have an email, they can easily register with their Phone Numbers in place of email by inserting their Phone Numbers in an email format, example [email protected], in cases like these their Accounts will be automatically activated without any further action at their end other than to login and start Saving. You can actually try registering with your phone Number in the above mentioned format.
3. The Minisaving Centers: The Centers are working very well and you can only be shown something when you actually type a name of a Street or location where Minisaving is, Example typing "Bogije" will give you a decent result as it happens to be one of the Locations where Minisaving has a Center but due to loads of work, we have not been able to update our recent centers though we are going to do that in the next few days to come.
4. The Knowledge Base: We have barely updated the Knowledge base of recent but plans to do so also in the upcoming weeks.
5. Lastly we can guarantee you that we are not only working tirelessly to make the Platform work but to bring it to your Neighborhood which is our main priority as some Clients have been actually enjoying the Platform without accessing or knowing how our website looks like either through the Android App or through their Phone's SMS.
So you can have a feel of how the Platform works, I have created a test Account for you with some test Pins just for your perusal, then after your experience you might want to share with your readers how it went, Once again Thanks.
