Do u know diabetes type two is a dietary problem?
A T2 diabetic can't eat some foods that have high carbs count, those that contain sugar n starches not even in moderation because these foods when u eat them they turn to carbs n add to the excess sugar in ur bloodstream. It's this practice of eating these carbs that has kept u insulin resistant n causing diabetes complications. The way out is not in meds such as insulin the way out is to stop eating anything that will end up as sugar when u eat it. We consume only three macronutrients that is fats,Carbs n proteins. Carbs always spike blood sugar u can't stop it, proteins spike u mildly if u take much of it n the fats don't at all
Diabetes is a universal thing it doesn't care who u are or where u come it's only concern is if u eat starchy carbs have excess sugar in ur bloodstream u have given it power to cause damage to ur body to eventually kill u. Do not arm ur enemy to fight u. Don't eat starchy carbs n diabetes will be weakened. The only way u can retrieve ur health from diabetes is to throw out the starchy carbs do intermittent fasting n exercise. There is no scientific evidence to prove u cannot live without dietary carbs. The body has zero needs for dietary carbs. If the body needs carbs it makes it it's self from the amino acids ( protein)
Healing from diabetes shdnt be rocket science. Stop adding to the excess sugar in ur bloodstream n burn off the one there. Don't eat wrongly, spike ur blood n raise ur blood sugar levels then start running to the doc. What u want him to do? How can he stop carbs from entering ur mouth? If the doc sees u all he can do is add or change ur meds which is just a band aid. The best thing to do is stop eating starchy carbs. If ur numbers are high review ur carbs consumption. Daily meal per meal keep an eye on the starchy carbs. Stop thinking I can eat anything see my doc take meds n everything will be ok. It won't be. It's only lifestyle changes that will make the meds work until u r in remission n probably off meds someday if u r consistent n determined. The three pillars of health to fight diabetes are
Low carbs diet
Intermittent fasting
Exercise
