This gorgeous hummus was made with sesame seeds, avocado, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, coriander leaves, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt olive oil and chickpeas. It's absolutely delicious and so healthy.

This is a power salad if I say so myself. It's a beautiful world of veggies with; broccoli, curly flower, Brussel sprouts, red/yellow and green bell peppers, carrots, spinach, avocado, cabbage and cucumber. Dressing is made of coconut oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, black pepper, red pepper flakes, coriander leaves, Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.

Hello everyone, Aniky's Sauces is commencing weekly moi-moi processing (for Lagos residents only). Our regular moi-moi comes with large chunks of egg and Titus fish, and costs N5000 for 10, and N9500 for 20. We also have a vegan version with mushrooms and minimal salt, which costs N6500 for 10. Send me a message by Sunday, whenever you want some moi-moi. This is outside of large party orders. Delivery attracts an extra charge.

This morning's breakfast. I'm not much of a bread person. My fries have to be made from hand-cut potatoes, and not the frozen already cut ones. There's fillet fish (seasoned with lemon, salt, garlic, ginger, onions, cayene pepper, cameroun pepper, white pepper, basil and parsley), coated in flour, egg, home-made breadcrumbs & fried). Veggies are stir fried onions, tomatoes, and spring onions (in blended sesame oil), and seasoned with a little salt and pepper. The veggies are moist, so there was no need for ketchup or a sauce.
