Limited Liability Company , simply known and written as ( (LLC) ends with LIMITED or LTD when registering the name. Their registration number starts with RC as compared to Business name number, BN . They have directors and shareholders and do not run their structure as a one man business. They have their own legal identity separate from its directors .
LLC are governed strictly by CAMA and need close monitoring and update the commission on any changes happening in the company.
They are expensive to register more than BUSINESS NAME.
