Mostly from age 25, your facial skin starts ageing, your collagen levels starts dropping, you start seeing signs of dull skin and appearance of fine lines.
Sleep is very good for the body, however it has been discovered that if you sleep a lot on your sides or on your stomach, you couls bw applying pressure to your face which can contribute to early apoearance of wrinkles.

A lot of people attribute how quickly their skin ages to genetics but it turns out the external factors play a huge role in skin ageing. External factors like Sun exposure, inability to care for the skin, smoking etc
