DAY 2 — MOVING DAY 🚚🏠

Yesterday, I was at the market getting some of the things my client needed for his new serviced apartment. Today, it was time to move! 💪🏽

My team and I went back to his former apartment to carefully pack his belongings and get everything ready for the journey to his new place.

One thing that really made me smile today was seeing the security man. He was surprised to see me because he remembered me from when I used to work there. I actually worked in both apartments before, so seeing him again brought back memories. ❤️

This client is someone I personally worked with from 2023 until early May 2025, and today, he has trusted M-Care again to be part of another important transition in his life.

This is why I always say good service goes beyond the job. It builds trust, relationships and memories. 🧡💙

Today was about packing, loading and moving. We have done our part here, and the next stop is the new apartment.

POV: When a client you've served since 2023 trusts you with more than just cleaning. 💙🧡

One of my very first maid service clients from 2023 reached out to let me know he's moving into his own serviced apartment.

This time, he asked M-Care Cleaning Services to help move his belongings, set up the apartment, carry out a thorough cleaning, and assist with shopping for household essentials.

I usually assign this kind of task to my staff, but because I know where to find quality items at the best prices, I decided to handle the shopping myself.

Yesterday, I visited the first market and got some of the items on the list. Today, I'm heading to another market to get the remaining essentials before we begin the move and set everything up.
