Here’s how to deal with a man who takes you for granted — with grace, strength, and self-respect 👇

💎 1. Pause Your Effort

Stop over-giving. Stop being the only one calling, texting, planning, or fixing.
💡 When he feels your absence, he’ll notice your value.

🧘‍♀️ 2. Set Clear Boundaries

Don’t allow disrespect, neglect, or inconsistency.
💡 Boundaries don’t push love away — they filter out what’s fake.

💬 3. Communicate Calmly

Tell him how you feel, once, with maturity — no shouting, no begging.
💡 People hear you best when you speak from peace, not pain.

🚪 4. Match His Energy

If he’s distant, stop chasing. If he’s inconsistent, stop adjusting.
💡 Reciprocity reveals true intention.

🌸 5. Focus on Yourself Again

Pour energy into your goals, looks, peace, and happiness.
💡 The more you glow, the more he realizes what he’s losing.

💬 6. Stop Explaining Yourself

If he doesn’t see your worth after you’ve shown it, words won’t change that.
💡 Self-respect is louder than any speech.

⚖️ 7. Observe His Reaction

When you pull back, a man who truly cares will step up; one who doesn’t will drift away.
💡 Either way, you get your clarity.

💔 8. Be Ready to Walk Away

Don’t threaten it — mean it.
💡 Nothing teaches appreciation faster than genuine absence.

❤️ 9. Never Lose Your Softness

Don’t let his behavior turn you bitter. Keep your kindness, just redirect it toward yourself.
💡 The right man will never make you feel like too much.

Bottom line:

When someone takes you for granted, stop proving your worth — let them feel your absence instead of hearing your frustration.
Real love values consistency, not convenience. 🌹

Sometime few weeks ago, I stopped by an acquaintance store to get a handbag I planned to use for an occasion the next day, I had searched various stores in the market and hadn't seen the exact pattern i was looking for, so when I passed by this acquaintance store, I thought to also give it a check....

It happened that he was out of stock and the few left didn't meet my liking but since he was someone I knew, I just made up my mind to patronise him still...

Picked a handbag and inquired the price, told him what I could pay for it and he rejected it, I was there for over 30mins not just because of the bag, but he also kept drifting from business to conversations that i didn't even find interest in....

After alot of back and forth, I bidded a bit higher than the initial and he still declined it, then i told him i wasn't going to pay more than that, i spent the next 3mins asking him if he'd sale or not...

Eventually, i had to leave cause I wasnt feeling it anymore and just when i had crossed over to the other side of the road, he started calling my attention but I made up my mind I wasn't going back, afterall i didn't even like the bag that much...

Fast forward to today, I passed by and he called out to me, I greeted and made to keep moving but he signalled I waited, I did and then he brought out something in a nylon and told me that was the bag, that he kept it for me hoping I'd pass by the next day- as how na???

Why do business owners do this??
When a price is fair, why try to waste customers time, wait till the have left your shop before calling them back??
