Normally I would prefer LATEX to NEOPRENE but everything changed after my last experience.
It was rain - I didn't know that this LATEX is "avoid water" type of material.
At first, a customer who bought the LATEX for N20, 000 called to complain how the LATEX bust into 2 and she was furious and I was mad too. Because if you have seen how thick and strong LATEX look and feel when you touch it, you will understand why I didn't accept that her story.
She's is probably lying to me and tryna get another one from me. I was too adamant to listen to her complaint because I trust LATEX so well. I told her that LATEX cannot just bust like that.
But then, I was wrong after all. After too long talk. I made her take NEOPRENE at a N8, 000 discount instead of normal N10, 000. She was still very upset and I don't blame her anymore.
Do you know that 5 days later, rain fell and I didn't lock my warehouse windows very well and then water entered the carton of LATEX and soaked in.
The following day as I brought out the affected ones, I saw that there are lines on it and that was when I started thinking could this be real?
I took the affected ones (3) and gave to my workers and they try wearing it and the thing busted in the process. I feel pained and when called our supplier, he told me that I should avoid water with it.
Ever since then, I am not recommending this LATEX to any of my customers but if you insist, I will give you and the price is still N20, 000 while NEOPRENE that can take anything (water, fluids, etc) is N10, 000.
The choice is yours but if you want my opinion, go for the NEOPRENE and get our special recipes for fast results.
