Mix each part in a small quantity of pap and drink for 3 days every evening.
These 3 days are fruits and vegetable days with lots of water.
TUMMY TEA:
Put 1 tea bag of your tummy tea in hot water and steep for 10 mins or put in a pot with a glass of water and boil.
It should be taken every morning.
SLIMMING TEA:
1 every morning, preparation is same as tummy tea.
Ensure you eat more protein, fiber, vegetables and fruits with less carbs.

Beans and boiled plantain

Chicken breast and rice (moderate size)
