We have barely resumed business when mom and son walked into the store.

Yea! Most times, moms are seen and regarded as "saints" whereas they're just another human in flesh, spirit with a soul 😊
Teachers sometimes pass these messages in writing, text messages or verbally to the parent, but with a hundred task in my mind to achieve daily...boom!

There's a known saying that; customers are like "Ashawos" i.e "Call girls" 😃
They only go where it favours them greatly.

This lady in this video is evidently one of our customers/ patrons I think otherwise of. Truly vendors of kiddies stuff are many in my city of operation but I see her consistently returning amidst some others to buy from us time after time. No jokes o!

Her home was a walking distance from our old shop and it seemingly can be said to be a major factor she patronises us but, since we've moved ( now farther from her home ), I can rightfully say; it's beyond proximity advantage now. She definitely is sold to us and yesterday further proved it.

What she came looking for wasn't found. Reason being that some staffers ( about three) left our employment at once ( reasons best known to them)
Getting the new hands to know where everything is now, at a go isn't that easy.

I quietly told my lady to go on this day, that I'll patiently look for the item and give her a call to come back next day. She totally agreed. Did a bit of window shopping and left.

See ehhhhnnn!
Every business get its customers/ patrons.
Who go buy from you, will by all means have a reason to.
Who won't, will still have a reason not to. If you like take your goods & services to their doorstep. 😆

Their reasons is not my focus today.
