π Role Overview
This is a hybrid position β part Social Media Manager, part Personal/Creative Assistant.
You will manage online engagement while supporting key projects and admin tasks.
π Please note: New assignments may be added or removed as projects evolve.

π Responsibilities
Social Media (50%)
Manage and reply to DMs/comments (Arewa Yard Sale, AIFC, and OTK pages).
Draft, post, and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
Track engagement and suggest improvements.
Assistant/Admin (50%)
Maintain a grant tracker and send polite follow-up emails/messages (templates provided).
Assist with AIFC production tasks (mockup follow-ups, translations, pre-launch lists).
Organize writing archive (Google Docs/Word).
Set reminders for project deadlines and releases.
Provide concise daily/weekly updates.

Requirements
Strong written English & polite communication.
Familiar with Instagram/Facebook/YouTube (posting + business features).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets.
Available 3β5 hours daily (remote, flexible).
Bonus Skills:
Customer service or sales experience.
Canva or basic design skills.
Knowledge of Lagos/Abuja logistics (for Yard Sale orders).
