Prekese + Garlic + Bitter Kola Remedy

Use for:
● High blood pressure
● Poor circulation
● High cholesterol
● Stroke

Ingredients:
● Aidan fruit: 5–7 pieces
● Garlic: 4 cloves (crushed)
● Bitter kola: 1–2 small pieces (crushed)
● Water: 1 litre (boiled and cooled)

Preparation:
1. Rinse the Aidan fruit and cut into cubes
2. Crush the garlic and leave it for 10 minutes
3. Crush the bitter kola
4. Put everything in a clean glass container
5. Add the water and cover
6. Leave to soak for 12–24 hours
7. Then refrigerate (use within 5 days)

How to Take:
● Drink half a cup (100–120 ml) morning and evening, after meals

How Long:
Use for 2–4 weeks, then take a 7-day break. Repeat if necessary.

DIFFERENT SOLUTION FOR PILE

1. Get bitter kola and onions
Peel of the bark , rinse it
Grind the bitter kola
Slice the onion
Put it inside pot add Normal quantity of water, boil it for about 25 to 30 minutes, drink half glass cup morning and evening

2. BITTER KOLA ,ONION AND SCENT LEAF FOR PILE )

SCENT leaf
Bitter kola
Onions

Grind the Bitter kola
Slice the onion
Get your pot
Get water
Rinse the SCENT leaf and put it inside the pot " add water that will suit it " add the onions and Bitter kola that you grind

Allow it to boil for about 25 to 30 minutes then drink it while hot
Powerful done and dusted
Drink it " morning and night

3. (Internal pile )

Get pawpaw leaf
Scent leaf
Bitter leaf
Add water and squeeze all and filter it and drink continue you will see changes
You can add lime or if you want

4. Solution for pile
Get corn cob ' burn it to ashes ' mix it with potash ' you can make pap akamu and sprinkle those mixture in it and drink ' no sugar, no milk
