Most people have been misled into believing there's no cure for ulcer.

And that one can only manage it by abstaining from foods or habits that aggravates it while fully indulging in the ones that placate it.

Internal Bleeding: Ulcers can cause internal bleeding, which can sometimes be severe and and sometimes lead to straight death. If not urgently attended the bleeding can lead to anemia or other times even require blood transfusions.

Holes in your stomach: Ulcers can perforate or create holes in the stomach or intestines which may lead to sudden and severe abdominal pain, which requires immediate medical attention or even surgery.

If you're suffering from chronic ulcers no matter how Chronic even if it has gotten to the stage of you vomiting blood or you have been scheduled for surgery.

Delay the surgery for some time and try this instead

1. Get a bunch of unripe plantain

2. Peel off the back leaving only the inside.

Nokia our beloved telephone, it still brings up fond memories up till today.

In 2008, Nokia had about 38.6 % of the telephone market, to put it in perspective of every 5 telephone bought two were Nokia phones, still there were competitors like Motorola, Samsung, iPhone, lg, HTC and others but everybody just loved Nokia.

☹️ sadly today otherwise is the situation, Nokia controls only about 0.5% of the same market it once dominated so much meaning out of every 100 phones bought Nokia cannot even account for one.

What happened?!!! No one can say for sure but experts strongly believe it's their *_resistance to change_*.

When the Android market was booming, everyone was switching to the Android platform, Samsung switched, HTC, Motorola,Sony, LG, everyone switched except Nokia.

Nokia remained adamant and stuck to their java platform releasing improved versions of java but Android just kept winning and growing, to keep Android in check Nokia even introduced the symbian platform to counter Android but this did little to reverse the growth of Android and Nokia kept shrinking by the day.

As a last resort, to avoid total annihilation, Nokia gave up and joined Android but it was already too late and war was already lost, the new champions of the war were Samsung iPhone lg HTC and others.

Nokia on the other hand was suffocating and almost at the point of extinguishment so it rushed to Microsoft for help but all these were medicine after death, the war was lost already.

Similarly in life, there are people who are resistant to change and refuse to gave chance to positive improvements.

The ideal in our dear country before now was for one to get a good job and settle down and start a family and at most they earn between N70 to N80k and if they're lucky this grows to about N120k before retirement.
