JUNIOR COUNTER SALES – WINDHOEK BRANCH
Peralin Paints has a vacancy for an enthusiastic, motivated and independent person with counter sales experience to join our Windhoek team.

Main duties:
• Counter Sales & After Sales Service
• Customer assistance and advise
• Stock control and supervision
• Achieve Sales Targets
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ sales experience (knowledge of paint and allied products would be an advantage)
• Computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel)
• Pastel Partner Point of Sales experience would be an advantage
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans and / or German would be an advantage)
• Able to perform as part of and contribute to the sales team
• Namibian citizen
• Drivers licence
• Windhoek residence
• Minimum of Grade 11 qualification (certificate required)

VACANCY – WINDHOEK SHOP

We're recruiting a General Assistant for our Windhoek Shop.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is willing to work as part of a team.
Main responsibilities:
Loading and off-loading of inventory received and dispatched
Cleaning
Filling and decanting of paint drums
General assistance where required

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 11 certificate (Certificate required)
• Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans
• Namibian citizen
• Age group: preferably between 18 and 25 years old
• Windhoek residence

Peralin Paints said goodbye to a legend in March 2026. Mr Elifas Uyage retired as Branch Manager of Peralin Paints Ongwediva, after 32 years service. The company held a retirement event which he and his spouse Mrs Johanna Kapolo Uyage attended, with the staff members of the Ongwediva Shop.

Elifas started as General Shop Packer at the Windhoek Shop on 4 March 1994 and after 3 years was promoted to Assistant Tinter Operator and later as Tinter Operator. He was promoted to a Sales person on 2 April 2007, and 1 July 2011 he started at the Ongwediva branch as Branch Manager until 31 December 2025 when he retired. He remained with Peralin Paints Ongwediva from 5 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 to hand over to the new Branch Manager at the Ongwediva Shop, Mr Gebard Nekanda.

Peralin Paints has deep gratitude to Mr Elifas for his loyal and supportive roll during the past 32 years and wish hm and his spouse a happy and restful retirement.

Peralin Paints is offering matriculants the opportunity to work and study towards a retail position, gaining qualification and experience at the same time.

Requirements: Namibian citizen, residing in Windhoek with Grade 11 / IGCSE certificate, fluent in English and Oshiwambo, self-driven, energetic and motivated.
