What we can do to treat our nails naturally at home?

✅Use olive oil and lemon juice mixture:
- Take a teaspoon of olive oil and infuse it with few drops of lemon juice. Now take small portions of this mixture and apply it on your nails and massage it. Let it remain overnight and wear soft hand gloves after massage so that your nails aren’t exposed to water. Do this at least twice a week for better results.

✅Coconut oil massage:
- Take few teaspoons of coconut oil and warm it a little. Apply the same on your nails and hands and gently massage it. Along with making your nails stronger it will also improve your blood circulation while keeping your nails moisturized. You can also mix warm coconut oil with few drops of lemon juice. Soak your nails in this mixture and then gently massage it. After massage wear gloves and keep them overnight for good results.

✅Sea Salt mixture:
- Not only will sea salt help strengthen brittle nails, it can also soften cuticles adding a dazzling shine to your nails. Mix tea tablespoons of fine grain sea salts in a small bowl of warm water and add two drops of wheat germ oil, frankincense oil and few drops of lemon oil. In this solution soak your nails for approximate 10-15 minutes and rinse it off with warm water, now pat dry and apply a hand cream. Repeating this procedure thrice a week can give good results.

✅ Keep them moisturized:
- Rub petroleum jelly or a moisturizer cream around your nails throughout the day. During nights make sure that you wear thin cotton gloves after massaging with oil so that to get the maximum benefits of the same. Also you can wear vinyl gloves while doing dishes or laundry. Nail polish removers that contains high content of acetone or formaldehyde, as they do harm your nails, instead use acetate-based removers instead.

✅Proper Diet:
- Your diet and lifestyle has a lot to do with how strong or brittle your nails are. If your body isn't getting enough protein, fats, vitamins and minerals then no amount of home remedies o manicures will be able to keep your nails strong. A healthy and balanced diet which contain vitamins A, C, D, E, as well as many B vitamins, and folic acid, zinc, iron, calcium and biotin can reduce your risk of brittle nails. Not only will your nails grow stronger, you can also see improvements in your skin, hair and will feel healthier from inside.

Here the tips and tricks for your beautiful nails !

For Nails:

🟠 Using a Cone
- Squeeze the cone gently and fill over the nail using back and forth motions. It works well to apply a thinner layer, then apply a second layer as the first dries. As the paste dries, it darkens and flattens. You will be able to see where you would like to add more paste.

🟠Using a Brush
- Henna tends to slip over the surface of the nail, so it is helpful to use dabbing motions rather than treating it the way you would nail polish. Let the first layer set, and then go back in to fill any areas that are thin.

For Fingers:

🟠Outline
- Start with clean hands that do not have lotion or oils on them. Use the cone to draw an outline. You may need a friend to help if you wish to do both hands. Alternatively, you can wrap a strip of medical tape around each finger. The result will be a nice, crisp line. You will want to choose a waterproof tape with a straight edge (some have a zig-zag edge).

🟠Fill
- Fill in the skin from the line or the edge of the tape, to the tips of your fingers. I prefer to apply in layers, allowing each layer to dry. This prevents having fingers covered in a thick layer of wet paste that will take forever to dry.

🟠Wrap
- Wait until the paste is dry enough to touch without lifting any away. A hair dryer can help speed up the process. Wrap tissue or toilet paper around each finger, securing with tape. If you like, you can pull on a pair of stretchy fabric gloves. The warmth will deepen the stain, and the gloves keep the wraps from slipping off.

🟠Remove
- To remove, unwrap your fingertips and gently scrape the paste away with a wooden craft stick or the blunt side of a butter knife. A stiff nail brush helps to remove extra bits. Try to avoid water for the first few hours while the stain settles and oxidizes. The stain will deepen over 24-48 hours. To expedite the process and darken the result, gently heat or steam your hands.

Let's we know few benefits about the henna.😍

Henna can be used to strengthen your nails and make them look more attractive.

1. Strengthens your nails
- Apply a thick paste of henna to your nails and leave it to dry then remove the coat. If your nails are weak and brittle, henna is a good remedy for this. Applying henna on your nails will leave them strong and healthy because it consists of keratin which protects your nails from damage.

2. For fungal protection
- Fungal infections are dangerous to your nails hence need to protect your nails from them. The cuticles are always prone to bacteria and infections which causes the nails to discolor or crack. Henna is a good remedy to provide protection from bacteria and fungal infections.

3. Natural and safe
- Henna is a natural product which can't cause any harm to your nails. Applying henna is also advantageous because it stays for a long period of time as compared to nail polish. This means you will spend less on your nails as you don't have to keep on changing the colour.

INTERESTING FACTS TIME !🤩

✅ The art of Henna called mehndi in Hindi and Urdu has been practiced in Pakistan, India, Africa, and the Middle East for over 5000 years. It was originally used for its natural cooling properties for the people living in hot desert climates. A paste would be made, in which the palms of hands and soles of feet would be soaked. It was also used for medicinal purposes and applied to the skin to treat such ailments as stomach aches, burns, headaches, and open wounds. When it was discovered, the paste left a temporary stain on the skin—the plant contains lawsone, a reddish-orange dye that binds to the keratin present in skin. Henna’s use progressed to decorative, as it was accessible to people of all socioeconomic levels.

Henna is mainly used in celebration of special occasions such as weddings and birthdays in the joyous gathering of people. The Henna paste symbolizes good health and prosperity in marriage, and in some cultures, the darker the henna stain, the deeper the love between two individuals.

📌 Henna designs are not tattoos. A tattoo is permanent as ink pierces the skin, while henna is a temporary dye which sits on the skin’s surface. Henna is also used to safely dye hair, nails, and fabrics like silk, wool, and leather.
