Description:

- Slot 1 Medium Grinding for daily usage or ceramic knives
- Slot 2 Coarse grinding for dull metal knives

Usage tips:
1. Hold the non-slip handle with one hand, and fix the sharpener on the table
2. Put the knife tail vertically into the sharpening mouth
3. Press the knife body down and pull it back at a uniform speed. Do not push forward because the force of pushing forward is uneven.
Scissors grinding method:
Clamp the grinding rod with the blade of scissors, push forward evenly, repeat several times.
Three-section knife sharpener:
1. Coarse sharpening: Put the blade vertically into the rough sharpening (Slot 2), pull back about 5 times with a little force.
2. Medium grinding: Put the blade vertically into the fine grinding opening (Slot 1) and gently pull it back about 3 times.
3. Fine grinding: Put the blade into the fine grinding mouth (Slot 3) vertically, and gently pull it back about 3 times.
- After using, please wipe clean and make it dry. Clean the metal slot and ceramic slot with soft brush.
- Recommend to sharpen knives once a week.
