Dear valued IRS customers,
It has been brought to our attention in a recent report that certain individuals are going from door to door around Klang Valley claiming himself (themselves) to be IRS staff and demanded customers to pay him for certain upgrades. He/she even threaten to disable the system shall they refuse to do the upgrades.
IRS is urging consumers to be vigilant when receiving unexpected walk-in random personnel to their business premises. In the event you encounter such incidents, please ignore them and inform them you will contact the IRS HQ.
There are a few quick ways to recognize a genuine IRS staff:
1. We wear IRS uniform with our IRS logo on the upper left chest position.
2. We are able to present IRS name card with our name, position, contact details, and most importantly, the name card shows the staff’s photograph.
3. We will not walk-in randomly without prior notice to customers for any upgrades or services.
4. We do not use hand-written invoices. All invoices are computer printed with IRS logo letterhead.

近日，在巴生谷一带有人冒充是本公司的员工到ＩＲＳ用户的店铺去进行诈骗。 他们会要求收取一笔费用用于系统提升， 如果用户不支付， 系统将无法进行操作。
我们在此提醒ＩＲＳ的用户们， 请不要随意付钱或提供一些个人资料如银行户口或信用卡资料等。
确认ＩＲＳ员工的方法：
１． 我们的员工都穿制服
２． 我们可以提供名卡， 卡片上有我们的资料， 最重要的是还有员工的照片
３． 我们从来不会在没有通知或预约的情况下到用户的商店提供升级服务
４． 我们不提供手写单据， 所有单据都是由电脑打印并附有ＩＲＳ的标志
